Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, site surveys, photometric studies, product recommendations, installation budgeting, post-installation audits, and customer meetings.  The person in this role will play an integral part on the Business Development team.


The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role
  • Experience in lighting or a similar industry
  • Experience creating business strategies
  • Innovative and creative
  • Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions 
  • Experience working as an intermediary or conduit between Sales and Operations
  • Team player - not afraid to dig in
  • Dynamic and not afraid of change
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced education
