Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an addition to our team.  The Manager of our Customer Service Center will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of our department which coordinates subcontracted sign repair and exterior site lighting maintenance nationwide.  

Responsibilities include identifying, measuring, and monitoring the KPIs for the department.  We are looking for someone to develop and modify processes and workflows in order to improve internal efficiency and meet or exceed customer Service Level Agreements.


Essential Functions

  • Monitor and report on the department's volume and performance
  • Develop and execute improvement plans
  • Instill ownership and accountability throughout the department
  • Oversee the department's cost containment functions including the review and negotiations of subcontractor charges
  • Review and analyze KPIs and SLAs
  • Provide training support and mentoring
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Participate in customer conference calls
  • Manage the department's budget while being mindful of overtime expenses and headcount


Skills, experience, and education

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Management experience (5+ years)
  • Experience with process development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • A background in root cause analysis, lean processes, or corrective and preventative action preferred
  • Sign, Lighting, or related industry experience (5+ years)
  • Passion to serve the customer
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Experience with vendors or 3rd party contractors
  • Outstanding attention to detail 



  • This position will require working outside of regularly scheduled hours as business needs arise.
  • Occasional travel to meet with customers is required.  Travel typically consists of fewer than 10 trips per year (1-2 nights per trip).
